When you read or write a new article, make sure that you look at the very bottom and either turn on or off comments. If you would like to receive comments you need to turn the jcomments on. Also you may wish to add a few keywords and a description for better SEO so your articles will be picked up faster by the search engines. (see perameters on the right side) The last thing you can do is set your "read more" link and make more room for someone else's articles. To find out how this is done....
To set up a read more button, simply click the area where you want it to go and then at the bottom of the page, click the read more button.
Until everyone learns how the site works I'll be putting all user articles on the user submitted articles page. I'm looking for some experts to help us with all this, and once I get the experts in I'll be setting up a page for them too. Some of you are already in mind to be the experts, but I'm not saying who you are just yet;)
I'm waiting to see who reads these e-mails and pays the most attention to them for one thing, and also who watches their own articles and does what it takes to make them get the most attention. If you really want to be an expert you'll be watching and paying attention to what's being said here. You'll also be watching for new members and greeting them and helping them along.
A real expert in my mind is someone who is willing to take on a servant/leader position and is not so busy that they can't find the time to make it good for someone else.
It would be nice to be one of your "experts" but I would personally need to work on self discipline in order to make myself available! Even then, since we are currently calling two place "home"---one with and the other without Internet service---I will have to be absent at times!
That's ok. We have plenty of people who will cover for you when you're away. That's why it's so important to add people to your friends list. That way you have someone else to fall back on.
When you post a comment, you also get to add your site link;) So you can post a link to your blog, affiliate program, or whatever you like. But try to keep the comment relevant to what the author is saying and don't just comment to get a link back. That's just the wrong reason.

We take care of each other here. So don't worry.
